Disgusted with the staff knowledge of parts. I requested a castor rod for my 1996 FORD FALCON and they got it all wrong and expected that l pay for the product even when it was the wrong product. They claimed that since l signed the paperwork, l cannot get a refund, after contacting headoffice, they finally changed their mind in regards to the service

shopping for auto parts is hard for women. the men seem to give u a run around and the wrong prices. but not at bursons. they helped me find the parts i needed and even gave me a discounted price because they had trouble finding one of the parts.
