Do not use this company , i had been a regular customer picking and dropping off at the domestic airport , until out of no where they decide to deliver my car i hired to the international airport , when contacting them no responsibility was taking for the mistake which the company made , she then threatened to refund my money but did not follow though on that i then had to pay for a taxi for the domestic airport to the international , you always have 100kms included with the car hire anything above 100kms you get charged extra for i had never hit 100kms in all the time i had hired a car from them now they drop it at the international which was not what was agreed on and charge me 200kms over just so they can keep the bond , sending me an invoice to that affect , with gst and administrastion fees what ever fees they can put on to equal the bond , its childish vindictive and so un-professional Do not use this company

The Advertised Price is NOT always the case - With Burswood Car Rental its a Con.
I rented a car with 200Km per day limit . If I exceeded this I was liable for an additional cost - This I accepted and Paid
I was also charged $50 for them to clean it - A rip off as you can get it done for about $30 - Reputable Car hire Companies don't even charge for this as its part of their SERVICE .
Notwithstanding the above I was further charged an Extortion able amount $200 for breaking the rules with respect to extra mileage and dirty car - Double Whammy !
I have travelled the world and rented cars all over but NEVER been charged like this crowd do - Its unconscionable what they do .
When I requested an explanation they basically brushed me off - BUT they had my Credit card Details so I got hammered .
My advise to Others is Give them the wide birth and choose a decent company to deal with --- THEY STINK .
What I thought was going to be an economic Holiday travelling in WA turned out to be unwarrantedly expensive .

Very well run company, they seem very organised which made our car hire a pleasure. The car was delivered on time, it was clean and a very recent model.
