I recently had my 6 month old car repaired by Burwood Panelworks. I can't believe how good the car looks now. I was heartbroken to have damaged it, but now it looks as good as new, if not better. Every care was taken to keep the car clean and you would never know it had ever been in an accident. The metallic paint looks great and the colour spot-on. In addition to having received an excellent job, I was also talked through the insurance and repair process and felt at ease the entire time. I really appreciated the clean, reliable loan car too. I had a small car accident and took my car to Paul for a quote. It was cheaper to have the repair done through insurance, which Paul was fine with. He was great in explaining not only the repairs that needed to be done to my car, but how to go about doing so through insurance and how to still use him as a repairer. He was polite, explained things well in person and in email and I felt he was being perfectly honest and upfront the whole time. He also had my car ready at the time promised even though something unexpected came up, and was happy for me to drop it off/pick it up at my convenience. Additionally, the free loan car was great. A sturdy Lancer that was clean and easy to drive. Fantastic friendly service that I was very happy with. Can highly recommend these guys.

I found burwood Panelworks on womo and decided to give it a try. I wanted to fix some cracking paint on my bumper before I trade in my car. Paul gave me a quote to replace a new bumper and explained to me if i get it fix without replacing the bumper same thing will happen again. Paul is very kind and helpful and give me some information about another business do bumper repair. As I was trading in my car so I decided not to replace the bumper. Even though he didn't get my business this time but I will definitely go back next time if i need something fix. It's really hard to find someone who is being honest and so helpful these days. I brought my Civic to Burwood Panelworks to get a number of my bumper's dents and scratches fixed up and Paul gave me a fantastic price on the repair.

The bumper was fixed up within a couple of days and it looked brand new. Not only was the price great, the quality of work was also amazing!! Paint matched the rest of the car perfectly. They also lent me a courtesy car for those couple of days at no extra cost. Paul's customer service and attention to detail are also the best.

A flat tray ute was backing to my car and hit the right rear panel while is parked and i found Burwood panelworks have excellent customers review online and their website home page shown that how they replaced the left rear panel of the black mercedes coupe which that panel is spot weld onto the body shell and i knew they are one of the best in Melbourne, and also i was very lucky AAMI accessor allowed me to take my car to fix at Burwood panelworks and my car came back like brand new and Paul have done a super excellent repair job for my car and i am super picky person and i am honest you can't tell that area have been damage at all, Paul have done an amazing job and i am very much appreciated his effort, thank you very very much Paul, keep up your excellent job and top customer service, thanks again.

Bit of a sad story regarding my car - I was the victim of a hit and run in a shopping center car park a few months ago and I had to do an insurance claim. After checking out the reviews on WOMO i decided to give Burwood Panelworks a go. They assessed my late model Subaru STI and emailed me a decent quote very quickly. The guys knew what they were doing and the car came back looking better than ever. Paint match was perfect and I have metallic paint.

A month later someone hit my car again, in almost the same area, this time i was fortunate enough to have the guys details so I took my car back to Panelworks. Again these guys did a perfect job. They walk you through every step of the job and if in doubt will always contact you. Lucky enough to be given a loan car too on both occasions.

2 weeks ago, my son damaged his 1st car. The driver door was badly damaged including the front panel. The car was only worth $6000 and it would have been unwise to spend a lot of money repairing it. By this time, my son was already out of pocket for his own 3rd party excess, so he had to watch his dollars. We read the reviews on WOMO and gave Paul a call. We met him that same afternoon. I recently had a new bumper bar fitted to my 2000 Toyota Celica. Based on all the recommendations, I ended up chatting to Adrian. He did an absolutely superb job, dropped me off to get a rental car (all theirs were out at the time) and was a total professional. The quality of their work is outstanding and reasonably priced. I went there because of the reviews I had seen on womo. There are definitely cheaper places, but the entire time these guys were working on my car I felt completely comfortable. Paul kept me up to date with the progress of the car and had it ready very quickly. I do not regret the money I spent at all.

I also lost a nice pen in one of their loan cars, and they took the effort to track it down. Very honest and reliable. I would definitely recommend these guys.

My wife accidentally slightly damaged the front bumper of her Honda CRV and Paul assisted in choosing the right repair option. Not only was the repair done very promptly but at an amazing price. If only more panelworks were more like Burwood Panelworks.

After my car was rear-ended in a parking lot, Paul replaced the license plate light in five minutes and didn't charge! In addition he gave a quote for the total repair which I haven't had done just because of the excess.

Then when I was having problems with Brighton Toyota (for details see there) he checked out my car - again didn't charge - and was able to tell me that the repairs they wanted to do were completely unnecessary (as I had suspected). He saved me almost $2000.

I would go to them for all my service but unfortunately they just do smash repairs which I hope not to need :)

Brought my mercedes C200 CGI recently to get the roof and rear bumper fixed at Burwood Panelwork. I accidentally reversed my car while my garage door is closing, ended up chopping the shark fin antenna off the roof (cause some serious damage to the roof).

The quote that i got from Burwood Panelwork was very reasonable, did an excellent job too. Ended up only cost a fraction of what Charlie Battisti Panel Work in Nunawading quoted me.

Brought my car in to fix a dent or two on my rear bumper.
Picked up the car the next evening. Much sooner then expected. I was running late picking up the car and they kindly waited for me for almost 45 mins.

I am amazed by the skill and work done. Absolutely no trace of the damage, as good as new if not better.

Adrian is very friendly and helpful. Love to see him again, not at this workshop but at the bar over a beer.

As a Japanese sports car owner, they made sure that only quality parts was used to repair the car, which included ordering some parts from Japan. The repair job done to the car was amazing and it looked brand new! A real quality work

My car was damaged in the March Hailstorm and at the same time I had a dent from a minor accident. Paul Pavel from Burwood Panelworks was really helpful and friendly. He coordinated everything with the insurance and also the PDR specialist to repair the car, even though PDR was not under him.
