I discovered Buttercups at Cooroy not long after Katie opened. These cakes are wonderful, not just visually beautiful, but delicious too! Catering to all dietary requirements, even vegan cakes. Katie has made many cakes for me over the years from celebratory cakes to cupcakes, all divine! Thank you Katie for my Easter cakes, everyone loved them!

I found this shop unexpectedly as, in this little rural town, for many years it has been impossible to buy a birthday cake. I saw a sign that said Cup Cakes and checked it out. The owner went out of her way to be helpful and explained she was trying to build up her business and in time wanted to add cheesecakes to her range. Everything is made from scratch and she also does cake decorating classes as well. I wish her well and hope she survives the current economic climate. Luckily she has the help of her mother-in-law which is an added bonus to allow her to keep creating her wonderful cupcakes through to wedding cakes. Look here and support a new local business.
