I would highly recommend Janet and her team at buyer’s solutions. I am a young female first home buyer (competing with downsizers and couples) and had previously felt very manipulated by real estate agents.

Janet puts you first as her client and will go above and beyond- she is contactable at any time, friendly, honest and prompt with her service. She is detail orientated, ensuring you are fully informed before buying the property you want (she saved me from buying a lemon of a property that was incorrectly marketed earlier in the year).

She saved me time, energy and stress by not only finding me my first home within a month, but organising all building inspections, conveyancing, researching surrounding areas and negotiating with agents on my behalf- saving me approx 15% compared to other sales in the area. She is worth every penny!
