disappointed that they closed the business. Was an excellent place to catch up with friends and have a cuppa while the kids placed in a safe environment
My experience at this play centre has always been nothing short of terrific. My daughter loves going there so we try and go at least once a week. If you are looking for a great environment that is well priced and like supporting a local family business, then I highly recommend giving Buzzy Bees a go.

My experience was awful. This centre is dangerous, tea and coffee being served as children run around under staff feet. Children out of control hitting and biting other children while parents relax and have lunch and staff look on and do nothing.
The manageress is the rudest woman and when I made a complaint about not wanting chips which are included with my meal as my son wont eat anything but chips if they are on the table, she said I don't need your business I make lots of money and if your not happy with my menu please don't bother coming back.
She didn't care about healthy eating or safety of children. PLEASE DON'T RISK YOUR CHILDREN BY GOING THERE.

Wow....what a customer review.....are we talking about the same Buzzy Bees Play Centre in Ipswich.
I have been to this Centre over 20 times and held my daughter's 5th birtday party at the Centre recently.
I am so impressed by this centre that I take my daughter there weekly for our special mother/daugher time because she absolutely loves going there.
I have also NEVER felt that my daughter was in danger of having hot beverages spilt on her or being have I ever experienced her being bitten or hit by other children.
It is the parents responsibility to control children in this environment including when they are in the Cafe area of the Centre, so to with biting or hitting the staff are not responsible to control this behaviour, ultimately it is that of the parent to control.
For all parents out there who would like a safe, fun place the for their kids to play and if you would like to support a local family run business as well, then Buzzy Bees is, in my opinion, the best place for you to go in Ipswich.
This rating is a bit unfair, it's a parents responsiblity to control their children in a cafe area and to ensure they behave appropriately when playing with other children. Your issue should be with the parents not the centre afterall a playcentre is not a child care facility!
