We have had a significant problem with water under the house - a horrible job to fix, and requiring a foolproof approach. Brian was courteous, knowledgeable and on-time, and happy to spend time talking through the problem and how it could be approached. He quoted on a solution, and then he and the boys were onto the job once we accepted the quote. The work was carried out without fuss and entirely within the timeframe. The boys did an excellent job cleaning up after each hard days work - very important considering the only access was through the house!! I have no hesitation in recommending BWC Plumbing.

I was talking to staff when making appointment and when you didn't show up. The subject was gasfitting for the camp trailer. The staff's excuse for not calling me was that they have other job.

I booked an appointment a week ago with them, they did not even bother to call me to let me know they were not coming! After waiting for an hour (I had to take the day off work) I called them and they were unapologetic for their rudeness in failing to have the decency to call me, and did not seem interested in doing the work (I guess they had another job). Not impressed with this behavior and would not recommend them to anyone.

We recently had an untraceable underground leak resulting in a large amount of water loss. Brian at BWC plumbing gave a free and very competitive quote (most wanted a call out fee) he called ahead of time to advise he was on his way. He advised us in layman's terms, located our leak. gave us our best most economical options. Due to the urgency of this repairBWC plumbing completed the job very quickly and all issues were resolved.Brian was friendly, understanding and I would not hesitate to use BWC plumbing again and I will refer BWC plumbing to anyone who requires plumbing work. I got really fancy paid close to $650.00 for a Euro style toilet, I called two very big plumbing firms, but i think they just ran away. I never heard from them again. Brian was recommended by a neighbour, he was clean( love the booties that he wore over his work shoes) patient, had to do a lot of adjustments to toilet plumbing, but he did it and now i own the best looking toilet in the street. The price on invoice was reasonable and fair considering I bought a European toilet to fit Queensland plumbing. Thankyou Brian
