Train your staff in customer service and teach them the law with regards to the sale of alcohol to a mother who has her adult son accompanying her. If I choose to enter a liquor store with my offspring , as a paying customer, I should not be spoken to rudely or have myself or son questioned by the store cowboy on Friday nights shift. Unless my son provided him with ID, he refused for the sale to proceed. I was the paying customer & he would not serve me as he was fixated with my son being on his phone & assisting me. I tried to communicate with him, asked to speak to the Store Manager & even offered to show him my ID. He wasn’t interested in listening. His focus was on my son. I may have no formal qualifications in Behavioural Sciences but I can clearly see when someone is off with the fairies. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Never have I been treated so rudely before. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
The area manager would not help with an incident I had involving a disrespectful staff member who works here. They don't care about their customers, like most chain stores.
Terrible customer service at BWS Westfield Doncaster. Staff need training in how to treat customers. Just because I look younger than I am, don’t make me feel inferior. I have id and am willing to show you. All you have to do is ask politely. Don’t make me feel like I’m doing something wrong when all I’m doing is making a purchase.
