I came in simply to get my eyebrows waxed a couple of months ago and was treated like a queen. Your beautician was amazing, she explained a number of different treatments and therapies and I ended up staying for a facial and also buying a full pack of facial products. Not only was this a great upsell for your salon, I was honestly blown away by her care and attention to me (I was in a mess) and she realised that I needed a little extra TLC and provided service that was well above my expectations. I was given full priority for 30 minutes and left feeling amazing. So, that was my experience and I have my next booked in for a fortnight :) Thanks, Sam
