The first step for us is to complete an obligation-free review of your draft contract. This allows us to provide initial advice and guidance on the terms of the contract and what your obligations will be once the contract is fully signed. Simply email the draft contract to [email protected], or pass on your agent’s contact details and we will happily liaise with them on your behalf. We guarantee to have this back within 2 hours of us receiving it, so clients have peace of mind that they can sign off without delay. Already have a fully signed contract? Congratulations! Email it straight through and we’ll get started on the legal process.
