Shannon, Corina and all the trades were excellent in all the aspects of the experience of getting our three bathroom spaces done. Shannon was even able to provide us with excellent assistance in the extra areas we needed for our concurrent kitchen renovation. All the trades were polite, efficient and ready to answer any question. They treated our house with respect, an important factor when most of the work was upstairs. The protection for the carpet, the balustrade and the flooring was first priority, and the team worked in with us when needed.
Each step of the process was accompanied by good communication and advice. Shannon shared his opinion readily, however was happy to accept our decisions. There was never a stage during the entire process where we felt pressured, ill-informed or in the dark about what had been done and what was next.
No renovation goes without setbacks and unanticipated obstacles, however we found that Shannon was quick to provide a possible solution, keeping our budget in mind and assuring us that we were going to be able to complete the project on time.
