Got a full set. Paid $45. Got an infection within 24 hours. Went back and conplained so they soaked my nails off. Still charged me $20 for removal even though they were the people who caused the infection. Will never go back. This salon is dirty. C**p everywhere. Disgusting service. Id give NO stars but it wont let me.

I'm a new client to the store and whilst I only wanted a wash and blowdry I ended up having one of their intense treatments with an amazing massage. I asked if I could have a manicure done as well and they then organized someone to do a mani for me while I was having my hair blow dried. It was really good to see a whole team of girls work together. I'll definantly be back.

Very happy with the service i received at the salon by both hairdressers & nail ladies. I did not have an appointment booked however they still took me in, sat me down & had a big conversation about my aims for what i want to achieve with my hair. I was not disappointed. The ladies were very honest & friendly. While my colour was on i also got my nails done and i definately will be back! Very gentle & a nice range of products. And so close to home :)

Worst experience ever!! I went 2 weeks ago to do some microbead hair extensions and everything went well, they assured me that they won't need tightening for about 4-6 weeks. It's only been 2 weeks and I already have some falling out and they are all pretty loose. So I booked an appointment to tighten them at 12pm and when I got there I had to sit in a dirty seat and wait 30min before anyone even talked to me. They then gave me a wash and blowdry that I didn't ask for and when they were finished it was 2pm they then told me that they were too busy and to come back another day, by this point I was furious and they knew it and proceeded to do my hair after I told them I had booked an appointment today because I wasn't available any other day, i then realised that the hairdresser that was meant to do my hair was too busy doing one of their workers hair, i thought the client was meant to come first? they then told me that they were hair extensions were fine( even though I didn't agree) and only the ones that have fallen out needed to put back in, I was so fed up by this point I eventually just agreed with them. When I was leaving they made me pay for the blowdry which I didn't ask for and when I got home and felt my hair the extensions and they were all notted up at my scalp. Probably because they rushed putting them into my hair just to get me out of their salon.

Absolutely disgusting! I had a horrible experience here TWICE ! I got a full set of nails done for $35 which started to lift the next next day, I then went into CBN to tell them about it which resulted in me booking for the following day. I went in for my booking and rude staff said i couldn't get a free full set. Furiously i continued my argument and eventually got a full set after being interrogated by the staff! The full set in which i received ALSO lifted the next couple days. Not only are their services pathetic but as is the customer service by their staff. I would never recommend anyone to waste their valuable money at CBN! Disgusted.
