Carolyn Hardy is the daughter of Sue and Kevin Trimmer who owned Townsville Art and Framing for 18 yrs. They had two additional shops at Stockland and the Willows. Carolyn has worked at all three shop's form a young age. She started her apprenticeship in 1994 and worked under 3 qualified picture framers, Sue Trimmer, Linda Orrow and Darryl Justin. Carolyn has a great passion for picture framing and designing specialist pieces as well corporate and sports memorabilia to suit the needs of her customers.
Carolyn has opened her workshop C & C picture Framing (custom and creative) at 159 Bundock Street, Belgian Gardens, and has been operating for five years.
Carolyn also liaises with Sue Trimmer for document and paper art restoration and Dot Hanley for photographic and oil painting restorations.
Country orders are more than welcome and artworks are packed on the premises for transportation.
Carolyn has 2 children and is not available at school drop off and pick up times during the week. There are dogs on the premises. Please call before attending and they will be removed from the framing area.
