Nicole is an amazing PT at an affordable price for mums who want to get back into shape or fit. Nicole always mixes up the sessions so I am always exposed to new exercises and challenges. I also can bring my children to her classes which prevents myself from having to find a carer or pay for child care.

I have been attending Nicole's group personal training classes with my 15 month old.
It's great, because she gets out all the PMP equipment at the primary school, so he has a great time climbing and playing, and I get to have a quick workout.
