Not licenced to renovate Kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry.

Came into my home through a local reputable company, proceeded to lie and actually quoted on more than windows and doors - started renovating two weeks later (finished the complete two bathrooms within 18 days start to finish- this included ripping out a pre-existing slab).

We now have subsidence - NCAT awarded us a money order for $44k to be paid by 13th November 2017 - yet to pay - our bathrooms are sinking into the ground, I would like him to pay so that we can have these issues rectified to Australian Standards -

Update 26.10.2018 Still has not paid the debt owing to us, all money orders have been granted to us, including legal representation, debt owed to us by [name removed] is now in the region of $54k - along with other defaulted amounts he owes others, grand total up to date is 173K one hundred and seventy thousand dollars that he owes people!!!! why should we be in debt because of his workmanship???

Main bathroom smells of mould, tiles are cracking, bath has sunk down - oh and they decided not to water proof most of the ensuite *why*??? (which has not been used in 18 whole months now due to the fact that no angles were used which means the water is sitting just under the tiles soaking back into our foundations/substrate, Expert Witness Reports do not lie, where as [name removed] did and does so, if anyone would like to view the damage, please feel free to message me, I would happily give you time stamped images of workmanship, as well as evidence of too much concrete cutting away causing the subsidence, no dowels used, wrong screed used, water proofing over 5 day old fresh concrete with a water proofing membrane not compatible with doing so, no plastic barrier used, crappy tiler laid chipped tiles, plumber plumbed plumbing which is now leaking - don't get me started on the electrics, or dodgy gyprocker who liked to steal items in and around our home!!!

NCAT do not award enforced money orders on a whim, they do look at the evidence, our expert witness attended court too, they have not lied, this grub deserves to never be trusted by anyone ever again.
