Have really enjoyed my experiences at Café 401 in Cleveland. First of all just wanted to say they have such good customer service here, staff not only treat you like a customer but as a friend! They offer really nice meals of different kind, and also have some pretty good coffee! lovely seating and competitively priced!

One of the best cafes I have been to, they make really nice coffee and really good cake! they have nice indoor and outdoor seating, the customer service is fabulous, staff treat you like friends not just a customer! great location and good parking, a worthwhile experience too, highly recommend

I've walked past this cafe 100 times without going in, but the other day I was waiting for my mom to finish work near by, and so I went in for a coffee. The thing I loved about Cafe 401 is that it's like a family. There are a lot of regulars and it seems like everyone knows each other. The staff treat the customers like friends! It's got a great vibe! It really makes you feel so comfortable and at ease! To top it off, they make a great coffee and cake AND at an unbeatable price!
