Had coffees and a baguette, wonderful position of cafe opposite the park full of Corellas, coffee OK and baguette good for $7.00. Service with a smile.

Stopped here for lunch with the family the other day while passing through Strathalbyn. Located in the main street of Strath, diagonally opposite the beautiful riverfront gardens, in the centre of town.
In an old-style building, the signage also advertises it as a bakery. This may be an old sign.
We sat at one of the several tables outside on the bull-nosed verandah. There are a couple of tables inside as well. The food was nice, we shared a hamburger, chicken foccaccias and turkish bread wraps. Freshly made, prices average.
Noticed that there were locals eating here too, including an older lady with her dog, who we spoke to outside; said she often comes here for a coffee and lunch. So, if the locals eat here, its usually a good sign.

My husband and I come here for bacon and eggs for breakfast. Large serve and includes a cup of their nice coffee all for $14. Can't get much better than that.

Cafe Bean Machine has very very nice coffee and he aroma is divine. My husband and I enjoy quite different coffee and we were both very impressed with the quality and service.
