Very bad service. I ordered the birthday cake for my daughter to pick up at 4.00pm but cannot come on time. Tried to call the telephone number on the receipt they gave me, it said the number does not work. I left my number but nobody called me. I was so upset and have to run around to get another cake for her. The next day I came and complained no valid number to contact and the manager keep saying it is not their fault and I have to come on time. I said partly my fault but I tried to call the number on their receipt, it did not work. The attitude to customer is so so bad. Manager kept saying not their fault not their fault. Never come back again. Bad service, Bad attitude!

Ordered a cake for Pick up later in the week. The cashier girl kindly called me on the day reminding me of my cake which was beyond my expectation. They deserve 5 star for their service. Their cake was also awesome. Strongly recommend the chocolate one with the rose pattern on top.

Approximate cost: $40

I work near Eastgardens so usually venture there for lunch. I've been to Quince several times now, each time I have either had the beef burger, the chicken burger or the steak sandwich and I must say it's always superb, particularly the beef burger. It's not the cheapest, nor the the lowest calorie lunch, but I reckon for the quality and flavour it's well worth it, and who wants a burger that's low on calories anyway... REALLY?

Best beef burger in Eastgardens by FAR.

Go there and eat... NOW!

Approximate cost: $14

Serving Campos coffee this cafe is ideally located for those of us with tots wanting a break during shopping to allow them to play in the kids play area. Not a peaceful location to sit and drink but if you have children it's the closest thing to a peaceful break one is going to get. The coffee is great, though a little expensive for a large ($4) but I guess they have to pay the rent each week so you pay that little bit extra. They also sell breads and serve breakfasts, lunches and snacks but I didn't try anything other than coffee on this visit.
