Nachos from here are good and it's also a good spot for a few casual wines before a movie... Location is fantastic but parking can be a challenge

Not the best for food but does have a bustling atmosphere if you don't mind or like eating with a crowd. Brings all ages but probably feel it's a bit young most of the time

Good for a drink or a quick snack, however I think that the main meals are over-priced here. Around the $25-$30+ mark. Decent coffee but avoid the cakes. Not the freshest and $9 a slice!

I like this place for coffee or a quick drink (alcoholic). I'm not mad on the food as I don't think it's anything special to be honest. Had a slice of cake last time I was here and it was very ordinary and not worth the $9 or $10 I paid for it!

not a bad place to go to, seemed a teeny tiny bit pretentious i have to say - great hot chocolates at least was overpriced but worth what it costs anyway

a very busy place .. just right in the corner. i have been to this restaurant couple of times.. good place to hang out (place: indoor and outdoor). They have great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner. their breakfast and coffee are amazing .. Must Try.

Was recommended to go when I was last in Melbourne. Didn't eat there although there menu looked great and my friends go there regularly. Hot chocolate was yum and a really nice place to catch up with friends.

This has been on my regular list forever. I love it to catch up with friends for any meal. Have eaten numerous breakfasts,lunches and dinners. Their coffee is amazing and it's one of my Chapel St staples

i have many fond memories of warm coffee and tasty garlic bread having d&m's with my bff....I would have died with out cafe sienna during my youth! such a great place to continue your night out!

Over priced, arrogant and not customer focused. Very unpleasant. Gorgeous looking waitress with attitude! Seating awkward, slow to bring food out, but eager to keep the drinks flowing! Below par burgers @ $25 each. I think it's a place I'll avoid at all costs.

This place is always very busy and if you sit near the corner its a great p,ace to people watch. even though its busy I have never had to wait too long for food or drinks. The staff do a great job and the sharing plate of dips is fantastic. Prices reasonable too

Love this place. Excellent atmosphere and always busy no matter what time you come. Food is devine their calamari & rocket meal is my favourite. And desserts are mouth watering.

One of my favourite restaurant/cafe!! Their service is by far the best I've encountered so far! The lady that was there last time we went was so helpful especially with my little girls who took forever to decide which dessert they wanted!

a very busy cafe in busy st of chapel in south yarra, great meals and desserts,i had the pumpkin pasta and a greek salad not enough olives on it pasta was just warm i like my food hot great range of different breads byo but they charge $6 corkage

Nice atmosphere, day or night...you can come here just for a coffee or if you want nice dinner...I personally like their Morrocan lamb, pasta Polo and berry cheesecake...waiters are really good , as well...you don't have to wait for too long to be served...and prices are reasonable too. depending if you are ordering main meal or entree...anywhere from $18 -3$0..including good spot on Chappel st...

Really lovely atmosphere. Very 'Melbourne'. Very busy. Great selection of food.
Our meals were really lovely and fresh. I had the lamb & rocket salad. My friends had the chicken salad & the meatball pasta.
The pasta was served warm and we asked for it to be heated up and it was heated slightly but still warm. In any case it was delicious.
My sticky date pudding was served luke warm, the sauce wasn't completely melted.
Overall, we were happy. Food was great quality. Service was great. When we mentioned we were a bit cold, the staff quickly turned the heater on.
Prices were reasonable for a cafe style restaurant.

the meals are absolutely delicious, especially the pastas and i am very fussy about pasta being served in restaurants

You know you are onto a good thing if this place is almost at full capacity and abuzz with chatter and laughter.

I came here one day wondering what the fuss is all about and it appears that this is the place to be for one of the best parmas I have had in Melbourne. It's a bit noisy and found it hard to converse but I was happy to enjoy my meal and people watch as this is Chapel Street after all!

Service depends on the staff member (generally good), your expected price point (higher end of cafe pricing) but I say it is worth it - food is great!

I love this place, if you get a seat out front its nice viewing. The thing is this place has beenhome for as long as i can remember and if Im out of town for a year lots seems to change! You can always rely on a good pizza or pasta or some attitude from a waiter!.Yes we know you!! It's a lovely place and area if your not one of the wonnabeez. Good friends dine here often and no one complains..or raves about it. A nice place to take some friends and hang out for a while. Bring money!

Nice, casual atmosphere with friendly service and reasonably-priced quality meals. Have eaten here many times over the years and the quality is always consistent.

Nice place in one of the most central locations. Great in summer!

I've visited this cafe quite a few times for both coffee and lunch. Coffee has always been very good. And the staff are very young, friendly and eager to please. Service is quick although its often crowded. A nice cafe to go when u are shopping down in Chapel street.

I have been here many times for lunch, and I have never been disappointed. It's my favourite place to order linguine marinara actually, and the service has always been good for me.

Waitress was a bit weird. Waitor got the order wrong - but was quickly foxed by staff. entres were amazing - the dips and antipasto. the mains where on the average side, but again, would go back and cant complain

The wrong entree arrived at the table; not quite what we'd ordered. Then main course was salad with cubed lamb. The lamb was tough, chewy, but we took most of it home for the dogs (who wolfed it down).

This place is always buzzing at night and the best spot on Chapel Street. With their mediterranean menu it has a wide varity to choose from. Great place to meet friends and have a few drinks with dinner
