Cafe Sydney Restaurant

My friends and I came to this restaurant a couple of months back now for a friends birthday. I think I under estimated their food as I found their food was delicious.

This restaurant is exceptional.

The food is always good almost whatever you choose but not the best. The staff are nice and never pretentious. It is the views however that make this place a place to come.

had initial high expectations for the quality and service of the restaurant Café Sydney. This was a treat for my mother, and wanted it to be a surprise. When we arrived at the restaurant we were immediately blown away at the service and wonderful views.There was also soft jazz music playing in the background. Staff were very friendly, greeting us, asking us how our day was before assigning someone to show us to our tables. Upon being shown our table they asked if we would like to put our jackets in the cloak room and gave me a personalised card with the id number on. They also immediately served us with drinks and ensured our napkins were placed firmly on our knees.They gave us an assortment of menus, one for drinks, savoury, specials and desserts, which were all presented in professional black folders. The quality of each minute detail from the table, cloth, assortment of wines in the cabinet and clear views over the harbour enhanced my experience.The chef handling the food at the kitchen was also of a high standard, which transferred over to the quality and taste of the food. At first I only planned on trying out two dishes, but the first dish was so spectacular, I had to order another. The total price was around one hundred dollars, which may seem a little pricey, but it was all so worth it.
