Their scones are particularly nice - you can get 2 scones + jam + cream + coffee/tea for just $10 as an afternoon tea package. What was disappointing though was that they charge surcharge on credit cards & EFTPOS (quite disappointing and damaging to the prestige of Hilton Hotel).

I used Caffe Cino recently when I attended a 2-day conference at the Hilton hotel. They serve great coffee - including take-away so that you could drink the coffee in the conference rooms. There were also tables to sit at if you wanted to talk with clients. Friendly baristas.
