overall was pretty disappointed and disgusted after dealing with this firm, right from the get go I felt like I was inferior to them they looked down there noses at me and my family, tried to give me a list of basic cheap apartments which did not suit my circumstances at all, was rushed into signing lease and ever since living in the house its been problem after problem after problem, there customer service skills are lacking the office could do with a really good clean, personally I cant stand walking into a 'professional' real estate office and seeing there pet dogs running around the place. they are fantastic to there owners and get things done on time and when they are meant to and are always courteous towards them it just seems to be the rental clients who get the short end.
