Chung Shim didn't speak clear English. She insisted she told me the item was not refundable but I thought she said the item only one left. I tried to return the item and rejected by her due to sale item not refundable. There should be a clear sign stating it rather than on the invoice stating it. Only if you have paid can you see the statement in the invoice, then you can never return the sale item anymore!!! It was not logical and too tricky. Not the honest way doing business.

Great variety of clothes and styles which range from $10-$80. Dresses, tops, skirts, and cardigans are all available here for decent prices. The quality is above average and the sales are really cheap: $10-$20.
