We used Cally to settle the purchase of our land. She is very friendly and really efficient. We never actually met her as she was recommended to us by the land people and the rest was done over the phone however she was in regular contact by email and phone and never let us down. Everything went without a hitch. Her prices were not the cheapest but they were average compared to other companies we had looked at. I would use her again.
