Recently booked my car in for a new muffler, old one was getting noisy had a hole in it. Anyway workers were friendly and helpful so I left my car to be repaired and came back later to pay and pickup. No problem there but when I got home I got under my car and had a look. The supposed new muffler was covered in surface rust which was painted over with black. Looked to be a secondhand reused muffler painted up to look new. I rang the operator, he denied it so guess I have to wear it. Not a satisfied customer.
