I had some eyelash extensions, they fell out the next day! To start with it didn't look like there was much there anyway yet it took 2 hours! Room was freezing cold and lady kept leaving the room. Don't waste your time

I had an eyebrow wax from a very friendly woman called Tran, she listened to my concerns and didn't overwax at all - the result was far better than I expected. A great experience!

Staff member who did my nails was rude, demanded payment before doing my nails. Nails were unevenly filed and when I asked for this to be rectified ignored me, nail polish application was good but nails were yellow & unsightly for a few weeks after the polish was removed. Would not recommend.

The guy who did my nails was really abrupt and rough, and afterward I found bits of glue stuck under the nail (I had acrylics done).
Not the best experience ever...
