Violated privacy rights by mixing up photos and sending me someone else’s photos via email and they got mine. Was not offered any compensation or money back, wouldn’t trust them with my photos again.

come on guys we sent you a request regarding pricing was told that you would get back to us within 24hrs ??? So we decided to pop in and see the staff at the shop ...hmmm a waste of time, they were of no use - more or less said we sell cameras not video cameras better looking on line ; (
