Awesome customer service! We were able to get wedding bands x 2 in a hurry, with the styles and the sizes all sorted without meeting face to face! They went above and beyond to get our rings to us on the big day! We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with the team at Cameron’s. I had lost a ring that had sentimental value and the people I dealt with at Cameron’s were incredibly sensitive to that.
It was great that Rob could come to my house and worked around my schedule. Using photos of the ring, we were able to create a beautiful new piece that still held a reminder of the sentimental value I had lost - this was incredibly important to me. Thank you so much Cameron’s!

Learn how to read a GIA Diamond Grading Certificate before you accept stones from Cameron Jewellers! We had an insurance payout from AAMI and were forced to use one of two AAMI approved jewellers. The insured value was $76,000 worth of jewellery. The ring we received from Camerons were not GIA certified, it had a dull look and did not reflect any light. We approached a respected jeweller. The ring was independently valued at $18 000 less than what Camerons specified on their valuation certificate. According to our jeweller, the ring had that many black carbon spots and fluorescents, it would be unsellable. Rob's response: "You wanted to go for size". Overall a nasty experience! We returned all the jewellery to Camerons and received a cash settlement from AAMI. We went to our trusted jeweller and now have a quality ring, with GIA specified stones and could not be happier.

It is disappointing to read these comments and we feel it necessary to clarify

1. The customer came to us with an insurance claim but always had the option of discussing alternative settlement with their CM

2. The customer fully discussed with our store manager by phone different options for the replacement diamonds and then scheduled a time to come in and view 2 sets of options

3. The customer viewed 2 different sets of diamonds with the size, colour and clarity of each stone discussed in full... a GIA certified set and a larger set .....they selected the larger non certified set

4. On completion, the ring was independently valued by a registered valuer with the NCJV of 35years+ experience. The independent valuation concluded the diamonds were of same colour, size and clarity as we had always documented them to be

5. It was of absolutely no consequence to Cameron's as to which set of stones were selected....the decision was totally in the hands of the customer

6. It was never an issue that the customer had changed her mind. The customer was given the option to return the ring and have it remade using the smaller but better quality stones, that was rejected.

It is unfortunate that the customer feels this way, but we are confident in the service and quality options given to the customer throughout the process

Fantastic experience. All the staff that we dealt with were very professional and helpful. We did extensive research before choosing which jeweller to use and we found that Cameron's had the best value for money than anywhere else we approached in Melbourne. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Very friendly staff.
Good quality.
Able to make the item to my personal specifications with little fuss.
Offered good advice about alternative options to suit the look I wanted and the budget I could afford.

I lost my wedding ring whilst gardening and my insurer (AAMI - who are great btw) arranged Camerons to replace it. A representative from Camerons come out to our house and took down the details of my lost ring. I also asked about getting another ring made identical to another one I had. I showed him the ring (plain band) and he measured it and noted all the details. A few days later, the owner (Rob) called me with a quote of $680. I said that this sounded fine and I would drop in the other ring to them later in the week. You can imagine my surprise when I came into the store, handed Rob the ring and he said, actually it will be $750. Whatever happened to the quote? Well that was now an 'estimate' as he said that the ring was a little heavier than had been calculated on its measurements. This annoyed me a little, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

In my book a quote is a quote and you stick with it.
