Can you find ABN or Company number?
I’ve been given the around since 26 August 2015 and have not received my whole order.
It has been now 50 days since I placed my order on the 19 August 2015. I did pay extra for insurance to ensure the items that I ordered were not damaged or lost.
Also, I never received a “Tracking Order Numbers” to track the orders as they have been delivered spasmodically.
I’ve requested them to reimburse $714.30 to my credit card:
• $126.30 - Return of no name brand faulty fridge
• $39.00 - 12VDC 5m Warm White LED Adhesive Strip Lights led roll
• $549.00 - Maverick Portable 50L Fridge Freezer - Regular Price: $979.00 - Special Price: $549.00 (This is not the fridge I ordered as I received a no name brand fridge)
