They don't supply second hand books or even the ISBN numbers to assist you getting the books else where. Our school has used this service for years and there have been many errors in our orders over the years. The company is hard to get in contact with, long wait times on the phone, emails not slways returned. There prices are roughly the same as other suppliers. There are several choices in pick up/ delivery.

Our school recently changed to Campion and I'm glad they did. The experience this year was much better than the other company used. We ordered online and received our order by post - easy.

Our school uses Campion every year and we always get what we need. I place the order early, perhaps that helps? Sometimes things aren't printed by the publisher so not in the box but that can't always be helped.

When I was picking up a back-ordered book for my daughter, I witnessed a completely unprovoked and unreasonable attack on one of the Campion staff members. The staff member in question was only doing her job, and providing the best service possible at that time. The customer was attacking her personally when it was not her fault.
The staff member handled the situation excellently, and in a very calm and professional manner.
People should realise that the week before school starts is NOT the time to place new orders. I bought all of my books in December; only a couple weren't yet printed and had to be picked up this month.
I was impressed with the service at Campion, and the way staff were managing with customers like the one mentioned above.

Brand new books as well as second hand. They tend to have long waiting times and lost my order once so i had to wait for over an hour, and then ask them what happened. Their priced are slightly high, and they dont give discounts.
