This library have great customer service and the staff are very approachable and always eager to help. Very wide range of books and if the book we want is not available they go extra mile to help us out. Very impressed!

Canterbury library is (in my opinion) the best library in the Canterbury/Bankstown area. They have great staff who are very welcoming and friendly, there service is great when it comes to looking for books and tours and even just chatting about the local area with the staff. They have a lot of computers for public use and offer 2 hours a day on them which is more than the other libraries in the area. They also have seminar rooms which are good for privacy and a very quiet study in the back which is perfect for uni students like myself. Its a very comfortable environment.

This library is great, has alot of books on the subjects I've been interested in reading about. They also have alot of computers available for public use, compared with others in the region. I borrow books from here every now and then, and sometimes order to pick them up from lakemba when its closer. They usually seem to have alot of staff , being the main library in the area and also have later closing hours than other libraries in the canterbury region.
