initially I called them because of noisy solar hot water pipes. Half an hour later the hot water failed. They were able to provide a same day service and completely fix the Robles.

He then promptly organised for other members of his team to source and fit the appropriate appliance. All done on the same day. The tradesmen were very pleasant and professional and at the completion of the installation they removed the old appliance and other rubbish associated with the work. Great service.

Not Canberra-based but an inter-state/overseas set up. Plumbers pocket the profit by overcharging and will deceive you into contracts that were confirmed as likely to be non-binding when I raised the matter with ACT Fair Trading.
