Stay away from this business! They're unprofessional with poor communication. I have been chasing them up for months both in person and via email for a copy of their RSPO certificate to prove that their palm wax is organic and sustainable as they advertise on their website and in person. They have dodged me every time and refuse to tell me who their supplier is so I can do a lookup on the RSPO website.
Deceptive and seems like they're hiding something.
My business has been unable to sell our palm wax products because we cant get the proof that the wax we bought from Candle supply is actually sourced from sustainable sources and RSPO certified. We're losing money by the day and they're just avoiding me. Their manager keeps avoiding me and hasn't responded. I've contacted other suppliers and they emailed me their RSPO certificate right away. Somethings dodgy here.
