This is the 3rd time we’ve used these guys and once again we are completely happy. They’ve installed security doors and screens. The service has been outstanding—easy and conscientious communication at every level. The installation has been similarly prompt, conscientious and professional. I had to call Canon doors as my doors would not lock after their installation in Aug. The house had moved. They came out reset the door and at no cost to me. What amazing customer service. You just don't find service like this anymore.

Canon doors people have been amazing from start to finish , they find another company's error who would not respond to my requests.It ended up a complicated job , but it was fixed .Now our front screen doors lock . Thankyou Anna

The company's customer service was exceptional. They wre always very friendly and Josh and Henry who came to install were amazing at getting the job perfect. I would recommend to anyone.

I originally asked for a quote on front and rear security doors and security screens for the windows. The quote seemed reasonable and we had the work completed. However on installation the security screens were ordinary flyscreens. We were informed it would be an extra $4000 for security screens. This could have been a miscommunication perhaps but was disappointing. Make sure you know what you are being quoted for.
The doors are good, and installation done well.
One glitch was on opening the rear door once it snagged and locked me out of the house, the door being slightly askew. If I hadn't had a key with me I would have been in trouble.
On ringing the company they said they could come out to fix in four days time. When saying it would have to be sooner as the door was locked & couldn't be opened the woman said 'Now your upsetting me'. Very strange customer service.
They attended next day and there was no serious problem with the door.
My review for the doors would be 4/5, for customer service 2/5.
