We ordered pavers from this firm and arranged delivery which happened when arranged and the goods were true to order. When we rang to arrange for them to pick up the 3 large pellets we were told it was our problem that they didn't want them and the employee laughed. we are left with 3 large pellets that we will have to pay to be picked up and taken to the dump. More cost. If they had told us this at the outset we would have purchased elsewhere.
