I have recently moved to Melbourne and have had a few financial setbacks with tenants in my house and urgent repairs to my second property. After I had already spent $300 and visited twice, this vet sent me packing with a very seriously sick dog, because I did not have the $300 for further blood tests - despite assuring them I would pay the following week and leave my passport with them. No humanity. No compassion. All about the money. Could not have cared less about me carrying an ill dog to the car.
