These guys are so unprofessional when it comes to telehealth appointments - they charge for a 5 minute call for a script, with a DOG yapping in the background. Even when you have only been there 4 days prior. Never going back!

I’m a disability support worker who got tested for Covid-19 as a precaution because I wasn’t feeling well. I received a negative result but advised to remain isolated. I required those headach tablets that you used to get over the counter. I’ve received several prescriptions from the doctor I’ve been seeing there for years as he knows perfectly well that Panadol does nothing for me when I get a headache. They charged me $75 for a “phone appointment” that literally took less than a minute. Was the last straw of many. I’m done with these lot.

Good Doctors as long as they don't forget you behind the curtain.An hour is long enough to wait.Nurses are great Dr Williams gets my vote.

I have never waited long. Receptionists are great & very helpful. The Dr i see is very compassionate & listens to me. He is always kind & never rushed with a smile. I love going there its so different to all other practices i have been to!

Waiting room was nice and spacious, didn't have that "doctors waiting room" feel to it like other places do. The doctors I was here to see (cant remember her name cause its so different) was wonderful. Service was exceptional as well. wish there was more parking in the area though

Overall I think this place I lovely and welcoming, nice receptionist and calm waiting room, but the doctor I saw was horrible and I didn't feel listened to and defiantly didn't feel like I got my moneys worth! great customer service though!

I have been to this doctors surgery a few times for mental health reasons and the doctor that I saw, I told her everything and it pretty much felt like she didn't care what I had to say, that she had made up her own opinion on what had caused my mental health problems when all i was there to do was get a referral to see a new psychologist, in the end i didn't even end up getting a referral and had to change doctors surgery's, will not be coming back.

I love this place, The doctors are all the same, Brilliant!!!. No one likes having to go to the doctor, but if you can make the process easier by being put at ease, it all helps. It's easy to get too, sometimes a little bit too busy, but folks that means its good and believe me when I tell you, it is. The receptionists will always do what they can to fit you in despite being super busy. I like my doctor to genuinely care about me and I know they do here. I thankyou for all the help you've given me personally and with a little one on the way, I might just need you all the more....

The doctors at capalaba medical centre have been great, they are not my closest surgery but I find them the best for me. I have some pretty complex medical issues going on and I don't feel confident with just anyone. They have shown me a level of care and respect that I've just not had before. I'm extremely grateful for their service.

They are always reliable and helpful, making time for your appointment when you really need one. I am happy to recommend to anyone. Thankyou for being wonderful

Really good doctors. As a nurse, I think I am a good judge of that; they have never steered me or my family wrong. Childre under the age of 16 get in for free. The waiting times though are terrible.

The doctors here are great. There is a large variety of doctors. The nurses are friendly and helpful too. They don't bulk bill, and the waiting time is sometimes long. But over all I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

The doctors here are the best!!!! Especially Dr Craig Nurcombe. He is the best doctor, very thorough. He will always try to get to the bottom of a problem and not just hand out prescriptions for the least little things. He is great with kids and is always friendly and welcoming.
