I have been visiting this vet for several years, and my parents have also used this vet for many more years than myself. They USED to be fantastic - run by a lovely couple, who I trusted completely. When I had to have my dog put down they were wonderful. Unfortunately recently the couple have retired and the vet is now run by Green Cross. I can say I've been disappointed ever since. The new vets are young (possibly students), don't have very good customer service and I have lost all confidence in them. I will be finding somewhere else to go from now on.
We've had great experience with our cat there. My cat has had checkups and a minor surgery and my experience has been great. I am very fussy about my animal care and I feel very comfortable with this vet.

I agree with you. The new staff are all young and have the worst customer service. I currently pay for the healthy oets plus subcription and I feel like none of them even care about you or your pet. They're just money hungry and very unhelpful!
