I recommend you GO ELSEWHERE if you want a quality product that does the job intended, is professionally installed, and want to deal with staff who know their product and stand by it.

I had to chase Capital Doorworks at every step of the process. My security gate arrived dented, was designed with bars so widely spaced a teenager could climb through them, and was installed with easily removed screws. In the end, I had to pay another company to fix the problems as Capital Doorworks wouldn't return my calls.

It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Approximate cost: $5000

Managed to knock the middle support beam between our roller doors out while reversing out of the garage. Called Capital Doorworks and they were so helpful. Geoff Dider came out about half an hour later to assess damage and provide quote for insurance. He also did a temporary repair job on the garage so we could secure our belongings inside. Quote was provided the next day. The receptionist Emma is lovely and very friendly and helpful.

Approximate cost: $110.00

A cable snapped on my double roller door, causing it to come crashing down crooked. In the process, the tracks were bent and the door buckled. My car was still inside, leaving me without transport.

Approximate cost: $132.00

very fast to come out and quote, very fast and clean workers when came back to complete the work they quoted. Haven't had any issues since they finished the work.
