My GP referred me to Capital Radiology Box Hill for an Xray of my thumb. I attempted an online booking, and after 45 minutes of struggling the site informed me that it cannot upload a jpeg file with the referral. I tried to ring several times, only to be greeted with an announcement, and then a deathly silence for 10 minutes. Repeating the process didn’t yield anything new. Finally my wife got through to be told that I can come in up until 4 pm next day without an appointment. When I turned up at 2.30 pm, I was told that Xray is closed for the day. The offer of the walk-in arrangement is completely unsatisfactory.

i have only been twice but both times i have been met by friendly service. im expecting my first baby and if i have any questions they are more than happy to help
