Captain and Co fish bar is a new place in Brighton. Here they focus on good health in terms of salad and fresh fish. Here they use local seafood and fresh fish and the service was very quick. They were also friendly. Here I was served by a very friendly lady who knows her seafood well. The salads were lovely, not too overdressed, and the fish I had (salmon) was perfectly cooked.
