Scammers, permanently closed down. Probably trying to avoid having to pay back $100's of thousands of dollars owed in security deposits. Disgraceful company. Enjoy your penthouse in the Hilton hotel, because I have a feeling you won't be there much longer.

Great service. Very friendly staff and helpfully. I found a needle in a hay stack. I rented a Mini Cooper convertible for a weekend. Could not find any anywhere. I got a pick up and drop of service which was fantastic. It made things so much easier for me. Had the best weekend in a great car. Would recommend to anyone.

NEVER EVER rent a car from Car Rental 365!!!! They are the dodgiest operators in the whole of Sydney!! Their cars have been rented out so many times that they are not safe to drive!!! To top it off they refused to return my bond blaming me for the damage on the car that was already there!!! Do yourself a favour and stay away from them!!! I am not one to usually post bad reviews but I felt the need to so people don’t have the same experience as me!!! STAY AWAY!

Not like other big car rental companies! The staff were friendly. No hidden costs. Prices reasonable. I hired the Range Rover Discovery for myself and my family and I would definitely hire it again! Thank you Car Rentals 365! Your show room was stunning!

Rented car returned car in same condition..6 weeks later still WAITING ON return on my security deposit..uses every excuse to rerurn the cash.. will have to call cops and ACCC to recover cash..DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

The manger gave the kids logo gifts while we did the paperwork l love how the price included everything so no hidden fees and l absolutely love the red mini convertible
I definitely come back to them for our next rental
