I would prefer more customer service, as a new customer at the car wash, I would have liked some assistance and be shown how to use the manual car wash facilities. Fortunately another customer was happy to help.
The facilities are pretty standards as you could see in any good car wash in Australia. They have got 3 bays, which is usually busy in weekends. They provide car detailing services as well, which I found bit expensive.
