Discussed ,with Mark, a problem I had with a Jayco Outback van. He was forthcoming with detailed information regarding the problem and possible cause and fix. As Mark was booked out until Oct and I needed the Van and armed with the information Mark had given me, was able to locate and fix the problem. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
