So far so good. I left my car with them twice while I went on weekend trips, and the process was pretty straightforward. I listed my car online with the dates, dropped my car off there, they took pictures of the car, and shuttled me to my terminal.

When I arrived, I requested pickup on the phone and arranged where to be picked up. They picked me up and took me to their office without issue, let me do a walkaround first to confirm that everything was good to go.

By the way, they offer to hold your stray stuff in a storage bin for you (I put my loose charging cables and miscellaneous glove compartment items in there).

They wash your car for you when it gets rented, which is pretty cool. Also, both times my car was rented out, so I guess I can say I have got the full experience :)

The only minor downside was that their was no coffee maker in the lobby. A cup of coffee or tea (even if I had to pay) before I headed out would've been awesome.

I think the guy helping me the second time at Sydney was named Marcus, and he was really helpful. So far all of my interactions with the employees have been positive (I work in customer service so I take notice if someone isn't up to snuff in terms of customer interactions).
