Had waxing done at pure indulgence new concept store this week. Lots of wax bits and hair is still left all over on my body. Pay for $150 for total waxing! The customer service told me at long as it's removed some part of hair then it is good enough?! I won't ever come back again. Your customer service completely is rude!!
