After doing some research online, contacted Rob who took the time to speak to me over the phone about my lorikeets health, made a couple of suggestions and then I purchased the lorikeet health products over the phone. Received them within a couple of days after ordering and the difference in them after starting to use the products is fantastic. You get exclusive access to members only areas on his website where there is more information and care sheets etc. Great online value. I haven't used the physical hospital but the over the phone advice and time was appreciated. :)
