Had an ultra sound today for the first time and Dianne was so lovely.
So friendly and explained what I needed to do step by step and explained what was showing up on the Ultrasound. She made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be back in the future :)

Arrived at 12.55 am for a Bone Density test. No waiting. Pleasant reception staff. Friendly Radiographer Nick who explained the procedure step by step. Very satisfied.

Quick and efficient with a wide range of services available. The staff was friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait ling for my x-ray with plenty of seating. I also like their number system - I did not have to stand in line to be waited on - I went to the counter when my number was called - very convenient.

when for a chest x-ray, didn't wait too long compare with my appointment time (about 10minutes difference). good customer service. there are also university students there to learn and practice so its a great teaching facility.
