Booked for two nights, saw the room cancelled. Dirty old carpet, dirty stair case on way to rooms. Should pay people to stay there. Was told the refund was processed, all g in person. Wks later, can't call anyone on the phone numbers on website. Have to use online chat. Told I'd be refunded. Had to explain it 6 times, before I stated how many times do I need to explain this nonsense?.. in swear words. Was refunded the key deposit and only one night's accommodation. Show proof of this, they sent me proof also, and stated they owe me nothing?. When evidence showed I wasn't fully refunded the two nights as agreed. Was told to get a friend to explain it to me! When she's the clown that needs it explained. I've had to go through the ACCC as they said they're reporting to police because I said swear words. I said call the police so I can report this robbery. All the evidence there proves they still owe me one night, as only 100 of 200 was refunded. And a 100 key deposit. Rude and incompetent ppl. Disgusting rooms and bathrooms up stairs. Avoid these rude incompetent ppl running the place atm!!! ACCC will set this straight, but no one should have to go through this. Minus 10. After losing it at the disrespect, was told I have to pay a cancellation fee. When consumer rights under ACCC protect you if you cancel straight after viewing a room, and you're not satisfied with the services. Avoid these incompetent ppl! Gave em every chance to amend. Know your rights!

Omg is all i can say about this place, fantastic prices and if you are going to dine there you should definately try the surf and turf, best one in western australia :-)
