Do not purchase a property of Carmalt Conveyancing is representing the Vendor. They did not hold any money to pay the utility bills that were in the contract as the vendors cost. Strangely, the vendor became uncontactable and after 6 months still hadn't fulfilled their contractual obligations.
In addition, their attention to detail in the exchange resulted multiple mistakes in names and addresses.
